We might see Basil Thampi, Jaydev Unadkat and Washington Sundar in the playing XI. As Jasprit Bumrah will lead the bowling attack, Jaydev Unadkat may take the role of Bhuvneshwar. Jaydev has been playing domestic cricket for many years now and can definitely handle the Sri Lankan batsmen. The spinner W Sundar may come in for Kuldeep or Chahal as he provides the batting option as well.
