Arsenal

Aaron Ramsey’s transfer choices.

It is a banal saga and it is a huge loss in the quality for the Gunners, the Welshman’s wage demands weren’t met by the new manager, Arsenal had struggled in the past to hold on to their star players, Cesc Fabregas, Nasri, Robin Van Persie. The worrying part was that Wenger was not able to convince these players, who left in quest of big trophies to their rivals. Ramsey had scored 11 goals and created nine assists last season and is following that with one goal and six assists this year. The Welshman’s contract expires at the end of June.

“Ivan Gazidis has to take the blame for the fact Ramsey now finds himself in the situation he does, and I’m pleased Arsenal are showing a ruthless side taking contracts off the table, and they’re showing that it’s not what it’s like now. If you want to go, you can go.

“I don’t have a problem with that either. I would like him to stay, but if he wants to run it down and leave, then let him leave and we’ll find someone else.” -Ian Wright

Ramsey is linked with Juventus, PSG and Liverpool, the transfer deal is little complicated, given the fact that Juventus and PSG have a lot of options in their midfield and it will be a tough and a challenging move for Welshman. However, these two clubs will meet his wage demand. On the other hand, if he is destined to stay in the premier league, then it is the red half of Merseyside. Currently, Liverpool are 4 points clear but will look to strengthen their squad, if they will have to challenge for the title in different competitions.

“If I’m Aaron Ramsey, I’m thinking I’ve done a lot more, in respect of what I’m doing at the club in the time I’ve been here compared to what Mesut Ozil has done up to this point, albeit under a different regime. -Ian Wright

He had featured over 300 times for the club. Ramsey has scored two winners in the FA Cup finals one coming against Hull in 2014 and Chelsea in 2017. He is a crucial player and will be hard to replace, Arsenal gave Ozil a contract worth £350,00-a-week, this was the cause for the dispute in the first place.
