Both Arsenal and Liverpool are in the market for attacking talent and Ajax star Hakim Ziyech’s agent feels that the Moroccan should end up at either of the Premier League clubs.

Jurgen Klopp and Unai Emery have kicked off their season in a brilliant way. The Reds have the least goal scored against them whereas Arsenal have scored the most goals after Manchester City. After it’s poor attacking display against City, Liverpool feel like adding an attacking midfielder. The Gunners, who look like they will be getting rid of Ramsey, are also in the hunt for an attacking midfield player. It seems Hakim Ziyech’s agent hopes his client move to any of these teams.
Hakim Ziyech’s agent is hoping that a club like Arsenal or Liverpool move for his player. The Moroccan attacking midfielder, who plays for Ajax, has been linked with a move away from the club. Premier League club Everton seem to be interested in signing him. Ziyech has kicked off the season in a bright way. The Moroccan has five goals and six goals in 15 appearances for Ajax this season.

He was also linked with Roma during the transfer window and came close to signing with Champions League semi-finalists. However, his agent hopes the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool to sign Ziyech. According to dailycannon, Rene van der Gijp said: “I hope that there will be a better club than Roma, an Arsenal or Liverpool.”
Gijp was then asked about interest coming from Everton and whether he would like Ziyech at Goodison Park. He replied, “That would be crazy for that boy, he should not go to Everton, what are you doing there?”
Arsenal are looking for a replacement for Aaron Ramsey. The Welshmen is on his final year of the contract and will be available for free next summer. It seemed like Ramsey and Arsenal would successfully negotiate but talks about the renewal of contract seems to be aborted and there’s no change of opinion for the Gunners.

Author’s take:

Ziyech was linked to Roma throughout summer. But the way he has started this season and the way he performed against Bayern Munich last Tuesday indicates he should stay at Ajax. He has kicked off the season in a good way and should continue. Ziyech should look for a move next season as he signed an improved contract in September. At the moment both the clubs aren’t scouting Ziyech and thinking of launching a bid for him.
