FC Barcelona ended the 2019-20 Pre Season with a bang, as they thumped Napoli 4-0 in the Big House Stadium in US. Luis Suarez scored 2 goals, Antoine Griezmann scored his debut goal for Barcelona and Ousmane Dembele scored the last goal of the match. FC Barcelona got back their old confidence and played a near perfect game, to set up a show for the massive crowd that turned up to watch them play. Each passes were perfect, the fast passing football which is the trademark of Barcelona at its best was back.
The chemistry between the front3- Griezmann, Suarez and Dembele was outstanding as they rattled the Napoli Defence. The Midfield was in sublime form, as Frenkie De Jong bossed the midfield. Even the high press from Barcelona players, to get back the ball as soon as they lost it was back which was missing completely earlier. All in all it was a near perfect game from the Blaugrana and these are positive signs from the Catalan Giants before they step out at the San Memes against Atletico Bilbao in the Laliga Santander opener.
Antoine Griezmann finally ended the curse that was chasing him with the Barça shirt and scored his first goal in the last pre-season friendly and just before Friday’s Laliga opener against Atletico Bilbao in the San Memes.
