A recent report from Toro News came up with a new update on the deal. But now, the subsidiary of Gazzetta Dello Sport claims that the deal would be permanent. Torino is currently leading the race to sign Torriera.
Torino would have to pay a sum of £11 million this summer and the rest in a year. It is now clear that Arsenal will give formal consent to the deal only if they receive a full transfer fee by the end of 2021.
