According to recent arsenal transfer news, The Gunners are preparing for the worst and are ready to sign two of the Borussia Dortmund’s star players.
Arsenal fans are much afraid after Mesut Ozil had announced his interest in moving back to Real Madrid while their prime striker Alexis Sanchez is asking for an amount which The Gunners are finding hard to spend.
Arsene Wenger, as well as the rest of the Arsenal management, has tried hard to convince these players as well as have tried negotiating with them for several months. However, after seeing all their efforts going in vain, this English club is seeing these two player’s future very limited at the club and have already begun to find their replacement.
To replace these two prime players in their attacking lineup, Wenger is aiming to bring Borussia Dortmund’s duo of Marco Reus and Christian Pulisic to the Emirates stadium.

Christian Pulisic is one of the young talents getting who is Wenger’s top priority. This 18-year-old talent from America has shown some exceptional skills in recent times and is wanted by Liverpool, Bayern Munich as well as RP Leipzig.
Marco Reus, 27, has also gained the Frenchman’s attention for quite a while, although he is also wanted by his previous manager Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.
According to the reports published in The Sun, these two Borussia Dortmund’s stars are also planning a move away from the club and Arsenal are keen to approach them if Ozil and Sanchez plan a move-out.

Borrusia And Arsenal Trying Hard to Keep Their Player In
Borussia is trying their level best to keep the 18-year-old youngster at the club. In an interview one of the members of the Borussia management confirmed “There have been some offers for him in the summer window from England and from German clubs. But we would like to have him here and develop him here. We did not educate him to sell him.”
While on the one hand, Wenger might ask them to stay for the remaining 18 months of their contract, he might sell these two stars in order to fund the transfer of Reus and Pulisic.
In January transfer window there are not many targets that Arsenal are aiming at and hence this window might relatively quite from The Gunners side.
Currently, Arsenal sits fourth in the Premier League table 9 points behind the table toppers Chelsea. There last registered win was against West Brom 1-0 in which their striker Oliver Giroud scored in the 86th minute driving a powerful header against the goalkeeper.
In their next Premier League encounter, Arsenal face Crystal Palace on New Year’s eve shortly after which they have a home match against Bournemouth.
