Arthur Melo was reportedly seen in London?
Arsenal has been interested in signing Juventus’ midfielder Arthur Melo. Owing to this, the Gunners had already approached Juventus in an attempt to strike a deal.Â
Juventus are willing to let Arthur leave, but they would only sanction the deal if they sign a replacement themselves. The Old Lady had asked for Thomas Partey as an exchange option, but Arsenal has firmly denied this.Â
As per the latest report by Gianluca Di Marzio, Arthur Melo’s agent Federico Pastorello was spotted at Arsenal’s training ground today. Recent reports also suggested that Arthur has already agreed on personal terms with the North London club.
Dusan Vlahovic to Arsenal looks unlikely
Arsenal has already submitted an official bid for the Serbian striker. The Gunners have reportedly offered €80m plus bonuses for Dusan Vlahovic. And reports are suggesting that the bid has even been accepted by Fiorentina but it is unlikely that the transfer will be completed.
The Gunners have been vying for Dusan Vlahovic for the past two months. Arsenal had reportedly tried to contact Vlahovic’s agents since November. But the striker is uninterested in moving to Arsenal in January.
As per the report, Dusan Vlahovic has agreed to join Italian giants Juventus. The report suggests that the striker will wait until 2023 before joining Juventus as a free agent when his current contract expires.
Arsenal receive an official bid for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had a fallout with Mikel Arteta in December. Following this, the striker was stripped of his captaincy and frozen out of the squad.
Things became so worse that Aubameyang was not even allowed to train with the Gunners squad. Owing to this, rumors were suggesting that he would leave Arsenal in January.
As per sources, Arsenal has received an official bid for the Gabonese striker. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has received an offer to join Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr in the January transfer window.
The report suggests that Al-Nassr initially want to sign Aubameyang on a loan deal until the end of the season. Following the loan offer, they will finalize everything with the striker with money worth €8million. Arsenal is yet to respond to the bid and it has to be seen what they decide to do in the next few days.
