Arsenal were heavily restricted in the January transfer window as they were unable to spend money on big fees. And Unai Emery is set to face similar complications in the summer as the Gunners will only have a £40m budget if they fail to secure Champions League qualification for next season.
Arsenal are also desperate to get Mesut Ozil’s £350,000-a-week salary off their wage bill and are open to offers for the 30-year-old midfielder, who is constantly being overlooked by Emery and is facing a hard-time at Arsenal.

Emery has been told by Arsenal’s hierarchy that any player sales will boost his budget, which could tempt the Gunners into cashing in Guendouzi. But the young Starlet already revealed that his heart is at Arsenal and he choose to stay, rather making a move to Paris Saint Germain. The player is not tempted to make a move but if Arsenal really want to make a signing in transfer window selling him to French club would be the only option.
