Asia Cup 2022: Match Result Of India VS Hong Kong

Asia Cup 2022: The defending champions triumphed handily! India was put in to bat, but they didn’t get off to a great start since KL Rahul had trouble with his timing. Until the 13th over, the run rate was primarily around 7 RPO.

However, Suryakumar Yadav‘s entrance flipped the situation. The daring batsman took little time to get going and struck boundaries carelessly, scoring 68 off just 26 balls. Together, they scored 98* off of 45 to propel India to 192.

In response, Hong Kong suffered an early loss in Yasim Murtaza, but Babar Hayat made sure his club had a successful powerplay (51/2). Jadeja scored a direct hit to get Captain Nizakat Khan out on a free hit, and the scoring rate dropped drastically after that.

The Indian spinners concluded with combined bowling numbers of 8-0-33-1 and scarcely gave out any runs in the middle overs. Toward the end, Zeeshan Ali and McKechnie scored a flurry of boundaries to cut the loss deficit in half.

As the Man of the Match, Kumar said that this format is all about what you believe and how you prepare before you walk up to bat because some of them (shots) are preset. Additionally, you must continue to live in the present. The wicket seemed a little sluggish to me.

I had a plan in place. My part was to enter, pick up the tempo, and simply express myself; I enjoyed it. You must be adaptable (too numerous places), and I have also opened. You should be prepared to bat at any number. At every number, I have batted. It was great fun for me.
