Asia Cup 2022: Former Indian chief selector Kiran More stated that India’s constant hunt for a prolific and productive left-arm seamer has come to a close as they found a terrific left-arm fast bowler in the form of Arshdeep Singh.

Ever since making his international debut for India, Arshdeep Singh has been making the headlines for all the right reasons. The left-arm fast bowler has indeed bowled pretty well for Team India.

The 27-year-old has enough bowling variations under his belt. The fans are pretty much excited to see his bowling prowess in the upcoming edition of the Asia Cup.

Former Indian selector Kiran More expressed his delight after the team management showed a great deal of interest to pick Arshdeep Singh for the Asia Cup.

Kiran More further added that he is happy for Arshdeep Singh for his Asia Cup selection. He also remarked that Arshdeep Singh has been doing well in the IPL and against West Indies.

It is worth mentioning here that Arshdeep Singh was named the man of the series for his bowling performance against West Indies in the T20I series.

“I’m also happy for Arshdeep Singh (for his Asia Cup selection). He has been performing well in the IPL, against the West Indies, where he was the Player of the Series and bowled well,” he added.
