Talking about the second game, it is being held at Cazaly’s Stadium, Cairns. New Zealand captain Kane Williamson won the toss and opted to bowl first.
The bowlers stuck to their variations of line and length to keep the Aussies in check. The Men in Yellow managed to post 195/9 in their quota of 50 overs.
Steven Smith was the pick of the batsmen as he scored 61 runs. He constructed his innings with the help of 5 boundaries and a six.

During the second ODI between Australia and New Zealand, all-rounder Glenn Maxwell was hit by New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham’s powerful throw.
THe incidnet happened during Australia’s innings, when Glenn Maxwell whiht the ball towards Neesham and sended that it was an opportunity to take a single.
As it turne dout, Maxwell managed to reach the crease on time. However, MNeesham qucikly collected the ball and threw it towards the non-striker-s end hoping that it would hit the stumps.
Nonetheless, something else happened. His throw went on hit Maxwell at his back. The all-rounder couldn’t control the pain. The video clip went viral on the internet.
