Barcelona set to target the Dortmund star Ousmane Dembele and Juventus forward Paulo Dybala as potential replacements for Neymar.
As the Barcelona star, Neymar Jr is leaving the club this summer and is set to join the Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain, Barcelona has started looking for his replacement as his transfer is looking certain.
According to the Independent, senior officials at Nou Camp have grown tired of the 25-year-old’s antics, with the officials feeling that his move is nothing more than greed as they have always bent over backwards in order to please the star.
Barcelona is looking for a young player who can replace Neymar in their squad and Ousmane Dembele as well as Paulo Dybala who are the big names among the young stars around the globe have been made as the transfer targets by the club.
Ousmane Dembele:
Ousmane Dembele is the youngster from Borussia Dortmund, the German club. He has impressed everyone with his speed, dribbling, and control over the ball. That is the main reason why he is looked at as a replacement for Neymar. While Paulo Dybala is an Argentinian International who plays for the Seria A giants in Italy, Juventus.
Dybala:
Dybala has been impressive since the last season and he also scored against Barca in UCL semi-finals. He is from Argentia and is named as a successor of Messi in Argentina. His finishing in clinical and his style of play is suitable at Camp Nou.
Barcelona was heavily linked with a move for Coutinho, but he is not a direct replacement for Neymar. But the money Barca will make will be used to strengthen their squad and especially to get a replacement for Neymar. Paulo Dybala will cost Barca around a 100 million Euros, where the Dortmund star will cost them around 70 million Euros.
Barca can also look to sign Coutinho from Liverpool from the money they make through Neymar transfer, but their primary target will be finding Neymar’s replacement.
Ousmane Dembele seems easier to purchase for Barcelona as compared to Paulo Dybala from Juventus, as Dybala is one of the main players in the Juventus squad. If Neymar leaves, many things are gonna change for Barca.
