The Catalan giants are ready to begin negotiations with Sevilla to acquire the defender. He is also of interest to the Premier League powerhouses at Chelsea.
Since moving to Sevilla from Bordeaux in July 2019, Jules Kounde has made tremendous strides in his development as a player. The Frenchman arrived at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium as a relative unknown in Europe.
