Becky Lynch and Shawn Micheals will be seen in an all different avatar, as it been confirmed through a WWE press release, that the duo will join The Miz on the sets of Marine 6.
The Miz will reprise his role as “Jake Carter” whereas Shawn Micheals and Becky lynch will be new additions to the movie franchise. The role of Becky Lynch in the film has not been disclosed yet. As previously reported, The Miz lost his Intercontinental title and was written off television after being driven through the announcer’s table by The Shield.
Similarly, it is speculated that Becky Lynch will take some time off as well, During the invasion of NXT superstars on SmackDown, Becky Lynch was one of the prime victims. The press statement included the movie plot, giving the readers a glimpse of what is to come in Marine 6.
“When Jake Carter (The Miz) and fellow Marine Luke Trapper (Shawn Michaels) stumble upon a kidnapped girl being held prisoner by a dangerous gang of international criminals, they find themselves in the crosshairs as they try to save the girl and bring her kidnappers to justice.”
The Marine franchise was introduced by the WWE Studios in 2006 with John Cena as the protagonist. With Cena committing to other movies, The Miz was chosen to lead the Marine franchise. This will be his fourth film under The Marine banner and Marine 6 will begin its production in London from the 27th of November.

Being in the Marine franchise was instrumental in the exponential rise of The Miz. Playing the lead actor in the series has noticeably improved his expressions and performance on the mic which is crucial as far as a he is concerned. It would be interesting to see what role Becky would play in the movie and how it would impact her career after returning.
