There are no major injury concerns for the Merseysiders as a strong squad is expected to be unleashed against Neymar and co.
While providing an update over Joe Gomez’s fitness, Jurgen Klopp insisted,
“In the last second of yesterday’s session, he got a little knock.
We thought: ‘Come on, let’s bring him and have a look in the morning, it was 80 percent better, that’s good. So he’s no doubt for Wednesday.”
He further added,
“We had Trent and Dejan at 100 percent, so we didn’t have to make a decision. It was clear he could be rested and can recover more, and then he is ready for Wednesday again.”
Liverpool travels to the French capital on 29 November for the immensely crucial Champions League fixture against Paris Saint-Germain and which promises to be a highly intriguing clash between the two powerhouses.
