Arsenal’s winter signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who made an impression on his debut against Everton, has now stated that he will only improve at the Emirates, in the days to follow.
The attacker netted a goal in a brilliant 5-1 showing by the Gunners at home, though his goal looked offside, despite which the fans would be happy with the way that he finished it off in style. The Gabon international did have a host of other chances as well, but he failed to capitalize on them. However, after the game he sent off this message, as a warning, that this was just the beginning and that there is a lot more to come in the days to follow.

The 28 year old superstar moved to north London in the current transfer window from Bundesliga outfit, Borussia Dortmund and became an instant hit with the home crowd. He was given an immediate start by Arsene Wenger and took full advantage of the opportunity against the Toffees.
The attacker who completed a club-record £55m move last month, joining the north London outfit was part of the first team right away, while £52m summer signing Alexandre Lacazette watched from the bench.
There were stories going around that the former Lyon man would not have been happy, like his compatriot and former team-mate Olivier Giroud, who made an £18m move to Stamford Bridge, when the Gabon international signed for the Londoners.
Both Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan have made a brilliant start to life at their new club and will want to keep that going now.
With the French manager’s side securing an easy win over the Merseyside outfit, with dominance in the first half and the attacker playing a key role in creating chances, the player sent out a strong statement after this initial success that he had.
It is too early to predict whether or not the player will be successful for the Gunners. He is a high quality attacker, but he needs to remain focused and keep performing. He has drawn a comparison from club legends like Thierry Henry already, though it will take him quite a bit of time to reach the former Arsenal’s man’s stature.
He has been a really positive signing on the part of Wenger, though hopefully this is just confidence on the player’s part and not over-confidence.
