The franchise cricket team Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) is headquartered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. In the Indian Premier League, they compete (IPL). In 2021, the Lucknow franchise was founded. Its main owner is Sanjeev Goenka. KL Rahul serves as the team’s captain, and Andy Flower is the head coach. Gautam Gambhir is the team’s coach. In March 2022, it was revealed that the Gurugram-based online education loan firm would be a secondary sponsor of the Super Giants. The Credenc.com logo appears on the sleeves of the Super Giants gameday shirts as part of the branding rights.

When the Indian fantasy sports website secured a three-year agreement with the IPL rookies in January 2022, it became the Super Giants’ first-ever official title sponsor. Thus, the Super Giants shirt has the My11Circle emblem on the front.
Jio
Since the 2018 season, the eight IPL teams have all been sponsored by the Mumbai-based Indian telecom company. The Super Giants have now joined the team as newcomers and have been added to Jio’s squad.

Prior to the 2022 season, the IPL franchise controlled by the RP-Sanjiv Goenka group signed on as an official sponsor with the food brand.

The squad brought a large number of players to the mega auction, which was held in February 2022, with a higher proportion of all-rounders. Numerous prominent international athletes, like Quinton de Kock, Mark Wood, Krunal Pandya, and Marcus Stoinis, were brought in by the team. Later, the squad appointed Andy Flower, a retired Zimbabwean cricketer, as the team’s head coach for the upcoming season and KL Rahul as the team’s captain.
LSG finished third in the table during its inaugural IPL season, qualifying them for the playoffs. They were eliminated by Royal Challengers Bangalore, who were in fourth place, in the Eliminator Match.
With nine victories at the end of the group stage in their inaugural season, the Lucknow Super Giants were able to advance to the playoffs.
Ajit Kumar By spending an enormous amount of INR 7,090 crore, the Sanjiv Goenka-owned RPSG Group was able to get the Lucknow franchise. KL Rahul was then selected by Lucknow Super Giants and made captain.
