Chelsea are interested in signing Villareal winger Arnaut Danjuma. The Dutch international first caught his attention during his spell with AFC Bournemouth.
He played 47 league games during his time with the Cherries, scoring 15 goals in the process. Danjuma won the 2020-21 Bournemouth Player of the Season accolade and was named EFL Championship Player of the Month in April 2021.
His performances at the Vitality Stadium earned him a move to La Liga club Villareal in the summer window of 2021. He has continued his fine form in Spanish football and has registered 19 goals and four assists in 42 games (in all competitions) for the Yellow Submarine so far.
Danjuma is also a key member of the Dutch national teams. He has scored two goals in six appearances for his nation so far. The 25-year-old attacker is expected to play a pivotal role for the Oranje during the upcoming World Cup.

According to Calcio Mercato(via Sportskeeda), Chelsea are keen on signing Villareal attacker Arnaut Danjuma. Graham potter is looking to bolster his team’s attacking unit during the upcoming transfer window.
The London outfit signed Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang and Raheem Sterling during the summer window but are still short of options up front. Danjuma will be an excellent addition to the Blues squad given his talent and past experience in English football.
The Dutch international is valued at €45 million by TransferMarkt. Villareal are likely to demand a transfer fee of close to that sum to sell their star attacker.
Newcastle United and AC Milan have also shown interest in signing him. Potter has a battle on his hands to snap him up. Apart from Danjuma, Rafael Leao, Victor Osimhen and Jonathan David are other attackers linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in recent weeks.
