Real Madrid will be desperate to get back re-establish their dominance both domestically and in Europe and this Chelsea star is said to lead the resurgence.
Real Madrid seemed to have shied away from the Galactico policy under Zinedine Zidane. But an unimpressive showing might prompt a revival of the famous tradition. Florentino Perez might once again look to bring in the best to solve the team’s issues and this might just be the turn of another Chelsea star to pull on the converted white jersey.
Real to raid Chelsea…again
If El Espanol is to be believed, the Spanish giants will make a move for Eden Hazard. The Belgian has been publically voicing his interest in moving to the Spanish capital. The news outlet has revealed that Real are serious about bringing the soon to be 28-year-old to the Santiago Bernabeu. The European Champions are also willing to part with two or their first team stars in return.

Mateo Kovacic
Mateo Kovacic’s situation would be easy to resolve as the midfielder is on loan at Stamford Bridge. The Croat wishes to make his move permanent if Real are willing to let him go.
“I think it [a loan switch] was the most important thing I did for now in my career. It was a step I wanted a lot and I wanted to come here. I say thank you to my previous club, to Chelsea as well, who wanted me a lot. I am enjoying it and I like it a lot here,” he told Sky Sports.
“For now, I am happy here. The city is amazing, the club is one of the best in the world, and my team-mates are great. I need to respect my previous club, Real Madrid. I can imagine myself staying here, but I have a contract I need to respect, and that is what I will do. For now, my business is to give my best every day.”
Isco
The Spanish media have reported that Isco has fallen out with new coach Santiago Solari. The playmaker was seen as the new face of the team after Ronaldo’s departure but has struggled for minutes and might look elsewhere. Clubs like Manchester City and even rivals Barcelona have shown interest. Chelsea would be an attractive option given the lure of the Premier League and Sarri’s on-field approach.
Author’s take
Given Real Madrid’s desperation, this would be the right time for the Blues to move Hazard on. But considering the Belgian almost contributes to 50% of the side’s goals, Chelsea should look to fill in the void. By seeling him and the misfiring Morata, Sarri should look to bring in someone like Werner in addition to the above mentioned Isco and Kovacic to retake the Premier League crown.
