Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata has apparently suggested the higher chiefs to sign Real Madrid star with the Blues looking for new players.
As per the Spanish outlet Diario Gol, the Spanish striker wants to see his close pal and fellow national teammate at Stamford bridge and has requested the Chelsea board to make a move for the same. Isco has developed into one of the best creative attacking midfielders in the game and is still only 25 years old, which means that he has time on his side.
Isco has emerged over the years and has delivered consistent performances for club and country. The Spain International has asserted himself as one of the best players in his position. The 25-year-old’s performances helped the Los Blancos clinch the Champions League and the La Liga to mark a historic campaign.
This is not the first instance of the Spaniard talking about bringing up his former teammate to Stamford Bridge. Ever since his move to Chelsea, the striker has often suggested the idea of Isco joining him at Chelsea.
Isco penned a new deal with Real Madrid till 2022 and has stated his desire to stay at the Bernabeu amidst high interest from FC Barcelona and Manchester City. Isco has managed to net 5 goals and set up 5 goals for his teammates in Real Madrid’s horrendous season so far.
Chelsea on the other hand, are struggling to cope up with a mountain of injuries and could use the addition of several players. The Blues failed to reach the finals of the Carabao Cup after losing out to arch-rivals Arsenal on aggregate.

Chelsea’s manager Antonio Conte has expressed his displeasure over the lack of transfers with Ross Barkley being the only signing so far in the January transfer window.
It would be an uphill task to sign Isco from Real Madrid especially after the player has secured a long-term stay with the club. The La Liga giants certainly won’t let one their key stars leave that easily and the 25-year-old would command a big transfer fee. However, bringing in Isco would be a great addition to the London side as he could easily produce the attacking creativity that the side have lacked at times.
