Man City forward Sergio Aguero wants to go back to Spain as a result of a bad relationship with coach Guardiola.
The Argentinian feels his future at Man City is limited while he feels he will have a great future at Real Madrid. He has been regularly rotated with Gabriel Jesus. Despite assurances by City owner, it’s suggested that the 29-year-old still has concerns about his standing at the Etihad.
He is currently one of the best strikers in the world scoring 184 goals in 273 matches in the Premier League. He joined City from Atletico Madrid in 2011. It is believed he is desperately waiting to leave Premier League and get back to Spain.
Madrid’s take on transfer
Real Madrid doesn’t seem interested in Aguero. They are flagging in the La Liga title race with 14 points behind Barcelona and desperately need reinforcements.
Madrid wants more youngsters on their side with Benzema being inconsistent and Bale with a load of injuries. Also, it has not been a good season for Ronaldo. Club president Florentino Perez is willing to offload Bale in order to raise funds for his next signing and the Welshman will have no shortage of offers.
Zidane’s side needs to get some young players who will keep up for coming years. Also, the Los Blancos have been linked with some other signings that could possibly take place.
They have Inter Milan’s Mauro Icardi and Tottenham’s Harry Kane, Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ajax’s Kasper Dolberg on their mind.
I think Sergio Aguero would be a great striker for Madrid as they may offload Bale and they may need big names to boost up their morale. Their point of having young players is also valid but with Aguero on their side, the team would increase its game to a different level.
