IPL 2023 Auction: The Indian Premier League fraternity is gearing up for the sixteenth edition. Meanwhile, the fans are curiously waiting for the IPL 2023 auction.
The all-important IPL 2023 auction will go all guns blazing on December 23, which will kick off in Kochi. Several players will go under the hammer on that special day.
It is going to be a pivotal day for all the ten franchises who will be looking to sign the best players at the IPL 2023 auction to bolster their respective squads.
It will be quite interesting to see how the teams would make smart moves to pick the right players at the IPL 2023 auction. Mumbai Indians are the most successful team in the IPL with five honours.

On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings are the second-most successful team in the IPL as they have decorated their trophy cabinet with four IPL titles.
During the IPL 2022 season, both powerful teams performed miserably. CSK finished in ninth place whereas MI finished at the bottom of the points table. Gujarat Titans won the first title in their debut season by beating Rajasthan Royals in the finals.

Ravichandran Ashwin Makes A Bold Prediction Ahead Of IPL 2023 Auction
Meanwhile, veteran off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin made a bold prediction ahead of the IPL 2023 auction which will take place in Kochi later this month.
Rajasthan Royals retained the bowling all-rounder ahead of the IPL 2023 auction. Meanwhile, according to Ravi Ashwin, Lucknow Super Giants will surely go for Ben Stokes at the IPL 2023 auction.
Ben Stokes is one of the best all-rounders in the world and there is literally no doubt about the same. He is known for his ability to bat and bowl well without compromising on quality.
“Lucknow Super Giants will definitely go for Ben Stokes. Only if they don’t get him, they will go for other players,” Rajasthan Royals’ spinner Ravichandran Ashwin said on his Youtube channel.
Ravichandran Ashwin further added that Chennai Super Kings will go for Sam Curran from the marquee list but won’t get him. He also said that CSK will go all-out on Ben Stokes but won’t get him too. Ashwin believes CSK will target Cameron Green.
“CSK will go for Sam Curran from the Marquee list. They won’t get him. They will go all-out on Ben Stokes as well. They won’t get him as well. They will also go for Cameron Green,” said the veteran spinner.
