Umesh Yadav Mahakaleshwar Temple: Umesh Yadav, an Indian bowler, played well in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and visited Ujjain. While he will play for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the 2019 IPL season, the bowler must now switch forms.
Umesh visited Ujjain’s famous Mahakaleshwar temple before the IPL season to receive divine blessings.
It seems like Indian cricket players now visit the shrine in Ujjain on a regular basis. Before the fourth Test match at Ahmedabad, former India skipper Virat Kohli and his spouse, actor Anushka Sharma, visited the location.
Umesh will undoubtedly be a key cricket player for the KKR team. He was supposed to score the first goal with the fresh ball during the powerplay.
The Kolkata Knight Riders were unable to make the playoffs last year. They participated in 14 games during the league stage, winning 6 and losing 8.
They were seventh in the points standings with 12 points. IPL champion KKR has done so twice, in 2012 and 2014. In the IPL 2023, they want to pursue a third championship.
Umesh Yadav, a cricket player for Team India, was observed on March 20 entering and praying at the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain (Monday).
It should be mentioned that the Indian bowler did not make the ODI team for India’s upcoming series against Australia and last played in the just-finished Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023.
Umesh Yadav may be seen in the social media footage offering devotion in the temple. The bhasma aarti, one of the biggest draws at the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, was also seen by the 35-year-old.
The Men in Blue of Team India are primarily involved in a three-match ODI series against Australia.
The two teams will now square off in the series finale on Wednesday (March 22). At the MA Chidambaram Ground, the series is now tied at 1-1.
