Australia vs West Indies: West Indies’ legend Brian Lara handed a Test cap to Tagenarine Chanderpaul just a couple of days ago.

For the unversed, Tagenarine Chanderpaul is the son of West Indies’ batting great Shivnarine Chanderpaul. Tagenarine Chanderpaul made his Test debut against the Australian cricket team at the age of 26 years.

Earlier, Australian skipper Pat Cummins won the toss and chose to bat first in Australia vs West Indies Test at Perth Cricket Stadium in Perth.

Batting first, the hosts posted a humongous total of 598 for the loss of four wickets and then declared the innings. Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith were the superb performers in the game.
