Hasan Ali, a Pakistan fast bowler, has defended all-rounder Shadab Khan after the latter was alleged to have participated in the Big Bash League (BBL) for income.
Firstly, Shadab was not selected for the three-match ODIs against New Zealand after suffering a hand injury while performing for the Hobart Hurricanes in the BBL in Australia.
Shadab’s best buddy, Hasan, wanted to demonstrate his support for the all-rounder.
“My buddy, your love and dedication to Pakistan are undeniable.” Pakistan matters first to all of us, and it is a pleasure to serve our nation. “We only participate in leagues when we aren’t members of Pakistan’s national team,” he tweeted about it.
Earlier, Shadab responded to the reviewer politely, saying that his BBL experience has helped him compete well enough for Pakistan at the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia.
“Playing in varied situations improves you. “When picked, I definitely choose the national squad,” Shadab replied in response to a tweet.

“A hand injury can occur at any time. During practice, a ball can strike either Australia or Pakistan. “Our goal is to learn through playing in various environments and to perform well for Pakistan,” he continued.
The leg-spinner will be out for 3 weeks due to a fracture in his right index finger.
Pakistan and New Zealand will play three one-day internationals (ODIs) at the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi on January 9, 11, and 13.
Mir, a wrist spinner, has been picked as Shadab’s substitute in the team following excellent achievements in the Pakistan Cup. Meanwhile, Shan Masood and Haris Sohail have returned after skipping out on ODI cricket in 2019 and 2020, accordingly.
Kamran Ghulam, a member of the Test team, has been selected to the ODI team for the very first time.
