Umesh Yadav Castles Mitchell Starc’s Stumps, IND vs AUS: The third Test match between India and Australia did live up to the expectations of the fans as both teams are giving it all to produce a result.
Earlier, in the first two Tests, it turned out to be one-sided encounters. India won the first Test by an inning and 132 runs before winning the second Test by 6 wickets.
However, the Aussies have responded to the Indore Test with a different intent and approach. Currently, they are in a commanding position as they have kept the Indians in check in the first innings.
Team India were bowled out for just 109 runs in the first innings. It was also India’s fourth-lowest total at home in the last 15 years.

Australia posted 197 runs in the first innings with a lead of 88 runs. Usman Khawaja was the pick of the batters for Australia as he scored 60 runs to his name.
The southpaw smashed four boundaries during his stay at the crease. Ravindra Jadeja was the pick of the bowlers for Team India as he accounted for four dismissals.

Meanwhile, India’s fast bowler Umesh Yadav made a comeback to the third Test match after sitting out for the first two Tests of the Border Gavaskar Trophy series.
Coming in as the replacement for Mohammed Shami, Umesh Yadav made his presence count on the field with his fiery bowling spells.
In the process, he accounted for three dismissals. Having bowled only five overs, he conceded 12 runs and took three wickets to his name.
While Umesh Yadav trapped Cameron Green for an LBW, he went on to make a mess of Mitchell Starc’s stumps. After getting rid of Mitchell Starc, Umesh Yadav brought up his 100th Test wicket. Umesh Yadav also shattered Todd Murphy‘s stumps.
