IND vs AUS: The two centurions at Ahmedabad, Virat Kohli, and Shubman Gill’s video has been regulated on social media where Virat Kohli attempted to twist Shubman Gill’s hand during a lighthearted conversation between the two. However, Gill is able to break free from Kohli’s grip and escape the situation in the end.
Both of the players were in the spotlight during India’s innings in the fourth test match. Virat Kohli finally scored a century in whites after a long drought of 1205 days since he last scored in November 2019 against Bangladesh. Whereas, Shubman Gill who has been phenomenal this year, scored 128 runs to help India register a lead of over 90 runs in the match.
The Ahmedabad pitch has nothing for the bowlers, and over the course of four days, we have seen how bowlers from both sides struggled for wickets. In this test, a total of four centuries came from both sides as compared to only one that came from Rohit Sharma’s bat in all of the first three tests.
Fourth and the final test is moving towards the draw as there is only one session to be bowled with Australia 166/2 with a lead of 75 runs. The hosts will be crowned the champions for the fourth consecutive time.

Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill’s bromance on the field
The video of Kohli interacting with Gill during India’s fielding in the Ahmedabad Test has been circulating on social media. In the footage, Kohli playfully attempts to twist Gill’s left hand while engaged in light conversation. However, the young player successfully breaks free by withdrawing his hand from Kohli’s grasp.
After the test series ends, India will play Australia in a 3-match ODI series which will begin on 17th March. This will be an important series from Australia’s point of view as the 2023 ODI World Cup will be hosted in the final quarter of this year. The Kangaroos will look to strengthen their weaknesses in the Indian subcontinent.
Along with the Aussies, The Indian side will also look at the performances of their players, and a series of players will be short-listed on the basis of their performances so that another ICC event doesn’t slip out of their hands
