Marnus Labuschagne picks Harry Brook as the next batting superstar, ignores Shubman Gill
Meanwhile, Marnus Labuschagne made the headlines after he snubbed Shubman Gill and picked Harry Brook as the next batting superstar.
Marnus Labuschagne is currently in India. He is part of the ongoing Border Gavaskar Trophy series. He was the one who hit the winning runs for Australia in the third Test match in Indore.
Meanwhile, during a ‘You have to answer’ question and answer session on ESPNCricinfo, Marnus Labuschagne was asked to make a tough choice.
He was asked to pick the next batting superstar. “Next batting superstar: Shubman Gill or Harry Brook?”. Meanwhile, Marnus snubbed Shubman Gill and picked Harry Brook.
“Oh, Jesus! Harry Brook. I really like the way he bats. It can be an unpopular answer, but,” Marnus replied. Earlier, Steve Smith was also asked the same question.
While speaking to ESPNCricinfo, Australia’s best batsman, Steve Smith also picked Harry Brook as the next batting superstar instead of Shubman Gill.
