Nasser Al-Khelaifi, chief executive officer of Paris Saint-Germain, has heaped praise on England national football team midfielder Jude Bellingham.
Jude Bellingham is currently with the England national football team participating in the FIFA World Cup 2022. The Borussia Dortmund midfielder has been impressive for the Three Lions at Qatar World Cup 2022 as England aims to win the coveted title at the end of the month-long tournament.
Jude Bellingham has established himself as one of the best young midfielders in the world and is arguably one of the best players at FIFA World Cup 2022. The 19-year-old has been linked with a move away from Borussia Dortmund sooner or later, with many European heavyweights interested in the services of the England midfielder.
Liverpool, Manchester City and Real Madrid are among the clubs who have been linked with a move for Bellingham. The young midfielder has been playing for Borussia Dortmund since signing for the German outfit in July 2020. His current contract with Dortmund expires only in 2025. That means he has more than two years left on his current deal with the Bundesliga club.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi heaps of praise on England midfielder Jude Bellingham
Speaking to Sky Sports, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, who is also the chairman of PSG, heaped praise on Jude Bellingham, who has been impressive for England at Qatar 2022.
Nasser Al-Khelaifi said England are lucky to have Bellingham and labelled the midfielder as one of the best players in the tournament. He also admitted Paris Saint-Germain want to sign Bellingham, but insisted they respect Borussia Dortmund – the club the midfielder plays for – and they would talk to them first if they want to talk to the player.
“What a player. Honestly, England are lucky to have him … and he’s one of the best players in the tournament,” Nasser Al-Khelaifi told Sky Sports. “Amazing and you see his first World Cup – calm and relaxed and confident.”
“Everyone wants him. I’m not going to hide it,” he added. “But I respect he’s in his club and, respect if we want to talk to him, we talk to the club first.”

Meanwhile, England takes on defending world champions France in the FIFA World Cup 2022 quarter-finals as they aim to seal a place in the semi-finals of the quadrennial event.
Both England and France come into the fixture on the back of impressive wins in the round of 16. Both teams are capable of beating the other, but only one will emerge on top at the end of the game in Qatar.
