PSL 2023: Shaheen Afridi Rushes to Check on Mohammad Rizwan After Getting Struck on the Arm, and Shows Concern Through a Goodwill Gesture

PSL 2023, Shaheen Afridi: Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars were facing each other in the PSL 2023 fixture on Sunday, March 5. Moreover, the game was taking place at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Pakistan.

Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen Afridi went on to win the toss and he decided to bat first at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Pakistan. They had a troubling start to the Pakistan Super League fixture. 

Fakhar Zaman was dismissed for 0 runs from 3 balls. While Mirza Tahir Baig was out for 17 runs from 11 balls. Sam Billings scored 54 runs from 35 balls with a strike rate of 154.29.

Abdullah Shafique and Sam Billings put up a 69 runs partnership for the third wicket. Lahore Qalandars put up 180 runs with a loss of nine wickets against Multan Sultans.

Multan Sultans had a balanced start. They lost their openers for 64 runs. Multan Sultans were done at 159 runs and Lahore Qalandars went on to win the PSL 2023 match by 21 runs.

Rashid Khan went on to win the man of the match award against Multan Sultans in the PSL 2023 match. He picked up three wickets by giving away 15 runs in four overs.
