Peshawar Zalmi too had a bumpy start. They lost their openers for just 28 runs. Peshawar Zalmi were done at 201 runs and Lahore Qalandars went on to win the PSL 2023 match by 40 runs.
Fakhar Zaman went on to win the man of the match award against Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL 2023 match. He scored 96 runs from 45 balls with a strike rate of 213.33.
