After India’s series-clinching victory over Sri Lanka in the second Game at the Eden Gardens on Thursday, the country’s great batsman Virat Kohli was seen showing off his dancing talents with the rookie wicket-keeper Ishan Kishan.
The audience at Eden Gardens was amused by Kohli’s actions off the field. And a clip of him and Ishan dancing there quickly gained popularity on social media.
Virat Kohli has already performed on the ground while dancing, so this wasn’t the first time. The former India skipper mesmerized the crowd with his dancing skills during the opening One Day International match against Sri Lanka at the Baraspara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati.
India defeated Sri Lanka by one match at Eden Gardens on Thursday to win the three-match ODI series. Kuldeep Yadav and Mohammed Siraj caused havoc with the ball.

IND vs SL: After deciding to bat in the second game of the IND vs SL series, Sri Lanka was bowled for 215 runs. And KL Rahul (64 not out) helped India finish the job with 40 balls left for an overwhelming win to follow up on Tuesday’s 67-run triumph.

Nuwanidu Fernando, a rookie, led Sri Lanka in scoring with 50 off 63 balls. Followed by Mendis and Dunith Wellalage with 34 and 32, accordingly.
IND vs SL: Virat Kohli, who got a hundred in the first match, was also bowled for four runs. While India’s skipper Rohit Sharma (17) was also knocked early in their reply. As India knocked out Lanka for 215, Axar Patel and Umran Malik both contributed with a wicket. India’s batting performance was subpar, to begin with.
Rahul and Hardik Pandya (36) set up 75 runs for the 5th wicket to help India go close to their goal. Rahul stayed in to see them through. Thiruvananthapuram will host the final and third ODI.
