LSG best bowler: LSG played their very first season in 2022 as they were the new edition along with Gujarat Titans. They immediately made their mark and did well, finishing the season in the playoffs.
However, they were unable to achieve a good result, losing to Royal Challengers Bangalore in the knockout round, and eventually finished fourth in the season. But now, with the new season underway, LSG will definitely want to make it work. The franchise also recruited some very good players during the IPL 2023 auction in Cochin.
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will surely want to perform well in the upcoming season and for that, they need a good bowling suit. LSG have a great bowling unit that includes both overseas and Indian players.
Mark Wood is currently the fastest bowler in modern cricket, with a rare speed that could confuse any batsman in the world. He leads England in all three formats. Wood has made 27 T20 appearances for England and has 44 wickets to his name. He was included in the team last season but suffered an injury that sidelined him this season. But despite this, LSG kept him for the next season which shows the quality of this man.

Young Indian leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi has been doing well since his IPL debut in 2022. He has taken a total of 37 wickets in his IPL career. Bishnoi is his team’s wicket-taker option who can outwit batsmen of any caliber. He will be LSG’s first-choice bowler in the middle order, limiting batsmen and picking up wickets. So LSG wants him to perform well in the coming season.
Avesh Khan has been the IPL’s choice of bowler for the past few seasons. Last season, he was LSG’s top wicketkeeper. He took 24 wickets in 2021 and 18 in 2022. Avish will want to share this new ball with his team. LSG bought him for INR 10 crore for the 2022 season and he is doing well. Now is the time for him to step up a bit and bring his team one step closer to their first IPL title.
