KS Bharat is known for his sharp reflexes and quick hands behind the wicket. With the English conditions in mind, the ball will receive some extra pace and bounce and to tackle that a good wicketkeeper like Bharat could play an important role in the WTC Final.

Meanwhile, KL Rahul does not keep the wickets for the Indian team which could be a risky bet for the Indian Team for such an important event. However, Rahul could play just as a batter.

Taking a dig at former players, who want KL Rahul as a wicketkeeper-batter for the World Test Championship (WTC) final at The Oval in June, Gautam Gambhir said the team must play the “specialist wicketkeeper” KS Bharat instead of a “part-timekeeper” KL Rahul.

“You ought to constantly choose a unique wicketkeeper. When playing in England, you can’t use a part-time wicketkeeper, according to Gambhir, who spoke to Sports Tak. Gambhir also backed KS Bharat, who had received harsh criticism for his keeping and batting in BGT.
