AUTHOR’s TALK:

Mateo Kovacic is a young and talented player and in need of proper playing time to show his potential and improve to become better and better. Real Madrid is unable to provide him with the proper playing time to bloom so it will be best for both the team and the player to part their way.

Madrid decision to hold on the player may backfire as the player is unwilling to play and they will not be able to get the best out of him in his this state of mind.
