Chennai Super Kings are officially ruled out of the playoffs race. With the humiliating defeat at the hands of Mumbai Indians at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, their hopes of qualifying for the playoffs are long gone now.

In reply, Mumbai Indians aced the run-chase with 11 balls to spare. Ishan Kishan and Quinton de Kock shared a 116-run partnership for the first wicket as Mumbai Indians defeated Chennai Super Kings by 10 wickets.
