Chelsea currently lead the Premier League table and sit clear above Liverpool with 43 points in hand. However, their next fixture against Bournemouth will see them face their opponents without two of their superstars.
There were mixed reactions when Chelsea defeated their opponent Crystal Palace this Saturday, with Diego Costa scoring his 13th goal in the game. However, people were disappointed as this forward was shown a yellow card the fifth time which meant that he would miss his next Premier League clash against Bournemouth.
This victory over Palace led to eleven consecutive wins for the club and also helped them secure their lead till Christmas at least.
Diego Costa and Chelsea’s defensive midfielder N’Golo Kanté were one of the five players who have four yellow cards to their name. One more yellow card for them in the match against Crystal Palace has forced Conte to decide on a new lineup for the December 26th clash.
Conte was much disappointed as his star forward received a yellow card and was not in favour of referee for this decision.
