European Giants Set To Bid For Chelsea Sensation

Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Juventus have shown a massive interest in signing Chelsea teenager Callum Hudson-Odoi.

The trio of top European clubs has been eyeing the growth of Hudson-Odoi in Chelsea’s youth team as the 17-year-old has impressed in outings winning the Youth FA Cup earlier last week. Odoi was also a key member of the England U-17’s that won the FIFA World Cup last year and is now set to take his game to the next level. Having made four appearances for Antonio Conte’s senior side this campaign, Odoi will look for regular football in order to improve his game.

Chelsea does have a reputation for allowing young players to leave on loan and grow with other clubs but some of those players have come back to haunt them. The likes of Mohamed Salah, Kevin De Bruyne, and Romelu Lukaku are just a few names that have made it extremely big with other Premier League rival clubs, but the question remains, have Chelsea learned their lesson yet?

Inside News-

According to news outlet Goal, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Juventus have a load of attackers who are aging by every passing season and are now looking at youth to replace these veterans. And although Hudson-Odoi may not be a regular starter at either of these clubs, being around the best club in world football and sharing the dressing room with the best of players would help him learn a lot.
Chelsea is eager not to lose out on the highly-rated English star but is aware of the situation that the club is in at the moment. The sale of Hudson-Odoi could generate some transfer revenue for the West London side and help build on buying players for their first team if they don’t manage to qualify for the Champions League.

Author’s Take-

Chelsea are in a tough spot currently and already have a lot of players on loan. They need to decide quickly regarding which player remains or leaves the club permanently as some funds have to enter the club for new arrivals. I’d prefer if Chelsea keeps hold of Hudson-Odoi as they are lacking goals from their forwards.
