The Ferrari 2023 rival was unveiled at the Fiorano track in Maranello, Italy. Both drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr. were there, as well as team principal Frederic Vasseur. Charles Leclerc focuses on the title this year
In the previous two years with Ferrari, Sainz Jr. has gotten better. Although the Spaniard lacks Charles Leclerc’s pure speed, he has outstanding racecraft and is more confident than Leclerc when it comes to strategy. Carlos will pose a challenge to Leclerc’s quest for the title.
In an effort to overcome their protracted championship drought, Ferrari plans to make a title push. Sainz was given an additional first lap to make up for having to start second, but Charles Leclerc received the honor since his number was facing up when the coin fell.
However, the crew broadcast live radio from inside the garage while Leclerc was flying the SF-23 around Fiorano, asking his teammate how the new equipment was handling. The broadcast included a humorous moniker and snarky back-and-forth between the two Ferrari drivers.
“It feels nice, and I believe we have started off well since, as far as I can tell, we are the fastest team on the track. Mate, everything feels fantastic.”
