One of the last teams to unveil their 2023 challenger was Mercedes-AMG F1 on February 15. Mercedes-AMG F1 finally unveiled the new-look W14, setting off a social media frenzy among fans. Fans were thrilled to see several eye-catching aspects of the car. This has the return of the black livery with a dash of neon.
Mercedes-AMG F1 is known as the “Silver Arrows” and has raced with silver-grey colors. This was altered for the F1 seasons of 2020 and 2021 as a result of the “Black Lives Matter” movement gaining popularity.
Toto Wolff, the team’s principal, Lewis Hamilton, George Russell, and Mick Schumacher, the team’s newest member, all attended the ceremony. Fans were overjoyed to see the new vehicle. That is anticipated to give the squad fresh optimism following a disastrous 2022 campaign.
With the black-liveried vehicle, the team had a very successful 2020 F1 season as Lewis Hamilton easily won the championship. Despite the team not winning the drivers’ championship, the 2021 Formula One season was largely successful.

About an hour before the introduction, the new Mercedes W14 was made public. It was when the Mercedes-AMG F1’s sponsor Petronas’ test live broadcast was unintentionally made public. The W14 seems to sport a black livery, which is sure to please many Lewis Hamilton fans.
