F1 News: Valtteri Bottas Has Avoided Watching the Netflix Series “ Drive to Survive”

F1 News: Former Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas revealed why he Avoided Watching the Netflix Series “ Drive to Survive”.

F1 News: Valtteri Bottas said that he is avoiding watching Netflix series drive to survive. Bottas hasn’t turned in to watch the new season of the Netflix series drive to survive. In order to avoid the episode which consists of his detailed departure from Mercedes.

Drive to survive’s season 4 episode 8 consists of details related to Mercedes’ discussion. Including Totto Wolff that whether there wanted to go for Williams’ driver George Russell. Else they wanted to continue their contract with Valtteri Bottas.

If they do so then it will be Valtteri’s sixth year alongside Lewis Hamilton. Although, viewers already knew the outcome. They were quite sure about the situation. Russel got into Mercedes after the Dutch Grand Prix.

Although his start with the Alfa Romeo’s team has consisted of alot of ups and downs. This happened majorly because the team faced problems at the pre-season testing in Barcelona. The pre-season testing at Bahrain was an improvement.

“I haven’t seen any of that, so I don’t really know,” When questioned about how true the Netflix series “drive to survive” was on his behalf, Valtteri Bottas commented in a recent interview. He admitted that he has never seen it and has no plans to do so in the near future.

“Obviously, they take bits and pieces from different races and situations so I don’t really know exactly what you’re referring to, so I can’t really say much. Normally I don’t really like watching myself on TV…” he added.

Although the last day of Bottas saw an issue with the hydraulics of the C42. On this issue, he said that the wasn’t ideal as they expected, though, they’ll focus on the positive side as they had a good run on high fuel.

Bottas added that the high fuel runs were very good and the car was behaving quite nicely and the performance was pretty promising. He also talked about that there were some issues at the last and their main priority is to fix them as soon as possible.

He told that he would have loved a few more laps in the pre-season testing but he believes that he is ready and his main focus is to learn from the mistakes made and they can fix some of them in the few practice sessions they have.
