Jose Mourinho came back as the new manager of the club in 2013. Mourinho had previously had a stint with Chelsea in 2003 and was back in the Premier League after 9 long years. The manager’s very first decision after rejoining Chelsea was to bring back Cesc Fabregas.

Fabregas was one of the key players for Chelsea during their title run. The Spaniard did have a very good spell with Barcelona. At that time Pep Guardiola was the manager of the club and Fabregas has opened up on his relationship with Pep.

“I don’t know if the disappointment with Pep is mutual,” the Spanish international told Radio Catalunya, admitting the pair are no longer in contact. There were some things that the player would not want to talk about. Fabregas found the company of Jose Mourinho considerably better in his time with Chelsea.

Mourinho made Cesc feel like he was a part of the project. “He helped me a lot at a difficult time in my career and perhaps I played one of my best seasons with him.”

This is how it is with Jose Mourinho. If you’re on his good side there might be no better manager for you. He fights for his players better than anyone else. But if the jeffe is mad at you to need to earn back his trust.

One thing Mourinho has made clear is that he cares the most about winning. Wherever he goes the objective is to win and develop the team. If a player can align and contribute to his goal, he is the best player in the world for Jose Mourinho.

Jude Bellingham is one of the growing talents in the game. At just 17 his name has become famous all over the globe. Bellingham decided to make the move to Dortmund among interest from both Manchester United and Chelsea.

He has the potential to develop into one of the starlets of the game. Ben Chilwell his English teammate has spoken out on Bellingham’s Journey. Chilwell believes it is very impressive how he has been able to be a part of the squad at the age of just 17. He is a really kind and good guy and Chilweel was very happy with his achievements.

Chelsea are looking at Declan Rice but Bellingham is also an option according to reports for Eurosport. Bellingham has also been compared with some of the game’s top players like Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard.

This was Bellingham’s statement on the comparisons. “I am the first Jude Bellingham and I do not want to be compared with (Steven) Gerrard or Lampard. “They were great players without a doubt but I have different characteristics. I am a different player and a different person,” he added.

Bellingham has started out well with Dortmund. The German club is becoming a center of attraction for young players all over the world. Chelsea will have to pull some major deal to lure him to Stanford Bridge.

Because Bellingham’s priority is game time. This was the driving force in his decision to move to Dortmund and with all of Chelsea’s new signings, they just can’t promise him that.
