Indian Premier League has entered its closing stages this week, with just two matches remaining for each team. Fans are now over the edge of their seat for the mouth-watering fixtures on the pitch. But some incidents off-the-pitch have made fans go crazy in this IPL.
One of those incidents happened between KXIP fans and two key players, and fans loved it. One passionate Kings Eleven Punjab fans tweeted an exciting tweet to get the attention of KL Rahul. He names pacer Sheldon Cottrell in his tweet and asked his help to get Rahul’s reply.
West Indies’ fast bowler surprised many by replying to his tweet. He also promised to talk this with his club skipper. But stated that Orange Cap’s leading player is a very busy man being a skipper.
Sheldon Cottrell tagged Indian opener is this tweet to get his attention and succeed in it very soon.

Indian superstar is known for fulfilling the expectations of fans with his bat. And did the same on this occasion with his reply to the above tweet.
KL Rahul replied about his busy work as a skipper by stating to try his best. He also tagged a fan in his tweet and thanked him for his support. This kind of reply from such a big player for any fan is a rare thing.
This fan then thanked Rahul and Cottrell in his following tweet. He also stated that he missed Cottrell on the pitch and would love to see him in action soon.
Fans are always on their toes when it’s time for appreciating the efforts of their favorite players. But also the first one to criticize them for their failure on the pitch.
Kl Rahul is top of the table of leading run-scorers in this IPL edition 2020. He has scored 641 runs with an average of 58, 170 runs more than second-placed Shikhar Dhawan.

KL Rahul recently names as vice-captain for India’s limited over matches against Australia. He is doing well with his leadership skills at Kings Eleven Punjab this season also.
Regular vice-captain Rohit Sharma was dropped out of Australia Tour by the selection committee recently. He wasn’t included in any of the format, which draws the wrath of fans over the BCCI and surprisingly KL Rahul.
Many fans blamed BCCI that KL Rahul’s inclusion in the Test squad is not justified. Rahul has mastered his skills and proved in white-ball cricket. But test cricket is a whole other game, it requires different skills and approaches.
KL Rahul’s numbers in test cricket are actually good and fans need to realize that. He has scored 2000 runs in 36 matches playing for India in test cricket, also has more than 5000 runs in a domestic circle to back him up.
BCCI recently revealed the reason for dropping Rohit Sharma was injury issues. Rohit Sharma has also missed the last three fixtures for Mumbai Indians in this IPL. But this clarification is not enough for his fans as they kept abusing Virat Kohli and KL Rahul for this situation.
