Former Manchester United attacker Wayne Rooney has raised doubts about the controversial penalty awarded during Portugal vs Ghana game.
Cristiano Ronaldo was tipped inside the box by Ghana defender Mohamed Salisu in the 62nd minute. Referee Ismail Elfath was quick to offer them a penalty without consulting VAR.
