The way Chelsea are playing under Thomas Tuchel, fans could expect an even better summer transfer window for the club as compared to last year. The Blues are on a roll as they continue their impressive performances under their new manager.

Chelsea’s defense has really shown a transformation and they look very tough to break down. Their 1-0 victory over Liverpool was another successful defensive performance for Thomas Tuchel. If Chelsea keep this up they’ll be contending for the 2nd spot in the Premier League.

Chelsea are also in the Champions League and the FA Cup which means they have a lot to fight for. It will be crucial for Thomas Tuchel to finish the season strong and try to get his hands on a trophy within his first season.

If he does that the Chelsea management wouldn’t be shy in providing the financial support for the next window. AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma remains a target for the Blues. But Chelsea will face competition and how they end their season will have a big say in things.

Gianluigi Donnarumma still remains a target for PSG and Chelsea.

According to  Tutto Mercato, PSG are in pole position to sign Donnarumma. The French side doesn’t have many weakness but they do lack a good keeper. Donnarumma will be perfectly fit for that role. Chelsea have a similar case as they’re not quite content with Mendy’s performances.

Donnarumma’s contract with AC Milan expires this summer. The club is in talks with the player but they haven’t reached an agreement yet. This looks like a very good oppurtunity for the likes of PSG and Chelsea to swoop in.

Former Chelsea ace wishes of retiring at Stamford Bridge:

Oscar still wishes to playing his last game for Chelsea.
Oscar still wishes to play his last game for Chelsea.

The Brazilian International was a part of Chelsea for a period of 5 years. He played a lot of different managers but all of them held him in high regard. Oscar on his day was a joy to watch on the ball, the only downside of his Chelsea career would probably be his injury problem.

Oscar decided to leave the club in 2017 which was a very sad moment for the player and the fans too. He is been playing in the Chinese League with SH SIPG and is in pretty good form. However, the Premier League is a just different feeling altogether.

Oscar played some of his football with Chelsea and the players still want to return to Stamford Bridge. This was his statement as according to TalkSPORT. “I have a lot of friends at Chelsea. If I have a chance to finish my career at Chelsea, it’s a dream for me.

“Of course, Chelsea don’t like to buy too many older players, which is normal because it’s a top team from Europe, but I will try my best to be fit to finish there.”

When you win the Premier League, the Europa League and the League Cup, everything is great. When I scored my first two goals against Juventus in my first game in the Champions League, it was amazing.

It’s a very touching sentiment from Oscar but considering Chelsea’s midfield it looks very difficult. Oscar had a lot of praise for Mason Mount in his interview Mount’s presence is the biggest obstacle between Oscar and his dreams. He still wishes the best for the club which gave him a lifetime of memories.
