The top flight of English football is quite unpredictable and many a times there are performances that blow your mind and grab all your attention. The current season will focus a lot of top quality managers looking to battle it out for the Premier League title and the club’s have gone ahead and spent a lot of money, in order to acquire their favourite players.

With that said and done, here is a list of five players who might shine in the current campaign for their respective clubs and help them win titles:

5) Pedro (Chelsea):

Pedro Rodriguez signed for Chelsea last summer from treble winners, Barcelona. Pedro played for 11 years at Barcelona before joining the Blues. The former Barcelona player failed to make a mark in the 2015/16 Premier League season and earned a lot of criticism about his ability to adapt in the English league. His first season in England saw him score only 7 goals. The Spaniard has recently been allotted the no 11 shirt for Chelsea. The 29 year old forward will hope that the change of jersey number might get a change of fortune for him as well.He would be looking to get his Barcelona form back and if he does so, Chelsea might look to repeat their title-winning performances of 2014/15 under new manager, Conte.

4) Dimitri Payet (West Ham United):

Dimitri Payet was one of the key performers of France’s Euro 2016 campaign in which they lost to Portugal in the final. West Ham’s star player created an impressive amount of chances in the Euros dishing out 2 assists while scoring 3 goals in the competition. After joining West Ham last year from Marseille, Payet scored 12 goals and gave an impressive 14 assists in 38 games across all competitions in his very first season in England. Eden Hazard is arguably one of the best players in the Premier League right now. After an absolutely brilliant 2014/15 season with Chelsea in which he won the Chelsea Player of the Year Award for the second consecutive time, Hazard’s form dipped in the 2015/16 season. The Belgian scored his first PL 15/16 goal in his 28th PL Game of the season. Hazard though, turned it around in the last few matches of the Premier League, preventing rivals Tottenham to win the Premier League. The Chelsea number 10 has made a strong start to the Premier League 2016/17 with scoring a penalty in their first PL fixture. It will be very interesting to see how 2016/17 season turns out to be for The Belgian skipper and if he can make Chelsea finish in the top 4 after a disappointing 2015/16.
