Stephen Constantine, the head coach of East Bengal FC, is adamant about the process of team-building. He believes that the supporters of his club will need to invest a significant amount of time and energy in order to see the best performance possible from his club during the 2022–2023 season of the Hero Indian Super League (ISL).
The Red and Gold Brigade will play Bengaluru FC at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in matchweek 6 of the Hero Indian Super League. The game is scheduled to take place in Bengaluru, India.
Constantine claims that each game in the league is different and that, despite this, the team’s spirit is still very much alive. He continued by stating that the team’s main objective, regardless of the venue in which they compete, is to work toward obtaining all three points possible.
The veteran coach, who is now 60 years old, wants his team to forget about the errors they have made in the past and to put all of their focus on the game on Friday. During the formal pre-game news conference held prior to the Bengaluru FC match, midfielder Charis Kyriakou joined the head coach in attendance.

The press conference given by Constantine is where the following quotations come from: What do you think the strengths and weaknesses are of Bengaluru FC as an opponent?
They have recently hired a new coach, and their budget is currently one of the highest in the league. It will be difficult because there are no easy games, despite the fact that Simon Grayson, the coach of the BFC, has a lot of experience.
I am able to say that my team has a constructive mindset, and everyone looks out for one another. I do not anticipate that we will be undefeated throughout the entirety of the Hero ISL season. It is impossible to accomplish. We are at the beginning stages, but we are putting in a lot of effort to lay the groundwork.
The past cannot be changed, but we may have an effect on what happens in the future. Everyone makes mistakes, even ourselves. However, given the attitude that has been displayed during both practise and competition, I am unwilling to make any further demands of that section.
Do you have any specific goals or plans in mind for the offensive players on the Bengaluru FC team? When we get ready for each game, we use a different approach because there are so many different questions and solutions. They use a wide array of players, and we have a match report on the team they will be playing for ready to read so that we can learn more about them.
East Bengal FC Is Currently Prepared for Any Outcome

Your club’s performance in the league has been fantastic up to this point. Although you have had success away from home, you have not yet triumphed in a match at your own venue. On Friday, you’ll play the game away from your regular venue once again. In what way, if any, should we put our faith in the performance of East Bengal FC?
It does not matter to me whether we are playing at home or on the road, as long as we come out on top. We are going to Bangalore in an effort to secure victory in the match. We don’t spend the whole week practising and spending hours on study; instead, we talk to the players in order to get ourselves into a position where we can lose the game.
This information is not contained in our DNA. We are striving to come out on top, but it is currently not possible for us to win every game we play. If I manage to pull an Arsene Wenger in a few years, our team will become unbeatable like Arsenal’s squad under Wenger.
East Bengal FC is currently prepared for any outcome, given that we are not yet in that position. We are a team that is difficult to defeat; the problem arises when we struggle and end up losing to ourselves.
