Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham’s Team of the Year is dominated by players from Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City.
Jude Bellingham, who is one of the most exciting young talents in the world of football, named four players from Real Madrid, the club that is reportedly interested in the services of the Englishman in the summer, in the XI.
The England national football team midfielder named Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois between the sticks. Liverpool defender Virgil Van Dijk and Real Madrid defender Eder Militao were named as the centre-backs in the XI by Jude Bellingham.
Jude Bellingham picked Paris Saint-Germain’s Achraf Hakimi as the right-back, while he went with Manchester City’s Joao Cancelo as the left-back.

In the three-man midfield, Jude Bellingham chose two Real Madrid players and one Manchester City player. The Borussia Dortmund star picked Manchester City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne in the XI.
Joining the Belgian in the midfield of Jude Bellingham’s Team of the Year is the Real Madrid duo of Luka Modric and Fede Valverde.
In the three-man attack, Jude Bellingham named Erling Haaland, who has instantly hit the ground running at Manchester City following his summer move to the Premier League outfit, as the striker.
Jude Bellingham then picked two Paris Saint-Germain stars on either side of Erling Haaland in the attack. He named Lionel Messi as the left-forward in the XI, with the Argentine having looked back to his best this season. He was also sensational for Argentina at Qatar 2022 as the South American nation lifted the FIFA World Cup title.
The right-forward spot went to Kylian Mbappe, who has also been stellar for Paris Saint-Germain. The Frenchman also enjoyed a great FIFA World Cup campaign and scored a hat-trick in France’s defeat to Argentina in the final.
Meanwhile, Bellingham has attracted transfer interest from a number of top European clubs ahead of the summer transfer window. The 19-year-old has a contract that runs until 2025 with Borussia Dortmund. That means he has more than two years left on his current deal with the Bundesliga heavyweights.
Meanwhile, it remains to be seen if Bellingham will stay at Borussia Dortmund beyond the end of the 22/23 season or leave for another club in the summer transfer window.
