Liverpool tracking Mason Mount
According to the Guardian(via Sportskeeda), Liverpool are monitoring Chelsea midfielder, Mason Mount. They are likely to make a bid to sign him during the summer transfer window.
Mason Mount’s contract at Stamford Bridge is set to expire at the end of the next season. Talks over a new deal have stalled in recent months. The Blues could look to the bank in for him during the summer window as opposed to letting him leave on a Bosman deal in 2024.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have struggled with their midfield options this season. Almost all of the Reds’ senior midfielders have suffered injuries this campaign. Jurgen Klopp could look to strengthen the position at the end of the season.
Jude Bellingham, Matheus Nunes and Moises Caicedo are other midfielders who have been linked with a move to Anfield in recent weeks.
