Liverpool are still looking to sign West Ham United star Declan Rice. The England international is one of the most talented English midfielders of his generation.
He has played 221 games (in all competitions) for the Hammers since making his debut in 2017, registering 11 goals and 12 assists. Declan Rice won the West Ham United Player of the Season accolade twice and was also included in the UEFA Europa League Team of the Season last term.
The London-born midfielder is also a key member of England’s national squad. He has represented the Three Lions 39 times so far, registering two goals.
According to journalist Rudy Galetti(via Sportskeeda), Liverpool are keeping tabs on West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice. The Reds are competing with Arsenal to secure the services of the talented midfielder.

While speaking to WhoScored, he said: “It’s an open race. It’s an evolving situation because also Chelsea and Liverpool are interested in him. We have to wait a few more weeks to better understand the future of Declan Rice.”
Signing a new midfielder will be among the key priorities for Liverpool during the summer transfer window. However, the Hammers are demanding a transfer fee in the region of £100 million to sell their prized asset.
Apart from Declan Rice, Jude Bellingham, Moises Caicedo, and Matheus Nunes have also been linked with a move to Anfield in recent months. A busy transfer window is expected at Liverpool next summer.
Moises Caicedo changes his agent
Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo has changed his agent ahead of the transfer deadline day. He has picked Futbol Division as his new representative.
Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool have shown interest in securing his services in recent weeks. They could make an approach to signing him before the deadline day.
Ecuador international has established himself among the best midfielders in the Premier League since joining the Seagulls from Independiente del Valle in the January transfer window of 2021. He has played 26 Premier League games so far, registering two goals and two assists.

When will Liverpool play next?
Liverpool are currently ninth in the Premier League table this season, with 29 goals and 19 games. They will next lock horns against Brighton and Hove Albion in the fourth round of the FA Cup on January 29.
